The HerdVerified name, logo, badges, product design, and platform content are owned by HerdVerified and may not be used without permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, listing text, profile content, and documents you submit. You grant HerdVerified a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the marketplace, verification, and inquiry services.
Restrictions
Unauthorized copying, republication, bulk extraction, or scraping of Platform content is prohibited.
