Filing a report

Any user may report a buyer, provider, listing, or inquiry. Reports are reviewed internally by authorized staff.

A report does not establish wrongdoing

Filing a report does not automatically establish that a policy was violated. Review determines the outcome.

Possible outcomes

• An account or listing may be placed Under Review
• A listing may be paused
• An account may be suspended
• Staff may request additional information from either party
• No action may be taken
• Actions may later be reversed if review supports it

Reporter privacy

We protect reporter identity where appropriate. Internal review notes and moderation procedures are not shown to buyers or providers.
