Prohibited behavior

• Harassment or threats toward any user or staff member
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Impersonation of another person, business, rescue, or of HerdVerified
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Fake accounts and fake listings
• Circumventing verification or misstating verification status
• Attempting to access another user's private data
• Abuse of the report system, including retaliatory or knowingly false reports
• Malicious, abusive, or deliberately deceptive messaging
• Attempts to manipulate or force contact release
• Attempts to access staff or admin tools

Enforcement

Violations may result in listing pause, Under Review status, suspension, or termination. Enforcement decisions may be reversed if later review supports it.
