Account Standing & Listing Status
Verification status and account standing are separate systems. This page defines both, plus listing states.

Account standing
- In Good Standing — no open restriction on the account
- Under Review — an open internal review is in progress; some actions may be limited
- Suspended — account access or activity is restricted pending resolution or permanently
Separate from verification status
Verification status describes what documentation was reviewed. Account standing describes the operational state of the account. They are tracked separately: a user may remain Verified while their account is Suspended, and an account In Good Standing may have categories that are Not Provided.
Listing status
- Draft
- Submitted for Review
- In Review
- Action Required
- Approved
- Published
- Paused
- Placed
- Sold
- Adopted
- Archived
Paused and archived listings may remain in internal history even when they are no longer public.
