How documents are handled
- Private documents are submitted and used for verification review
- Raw private documents are never publicly displayed on listings or profiles
- Access is limited to authorized HerdVerified personnel performing review
- Public-facing profiles and listings show verification status, not the underlying documents
- You must have the right to submit any document you upload

Documents are retained while needed to support the verification status shown, and for safety, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
